No. Every plan includes the Family Hub, which runs in any browser. Most families use hardware they already own — an old iPad, a spare laptop, a desktop in the mudroom. We don't sell devices and we don't charge per screen.

No. You add family members to your household and log on their behalf. That's the whole point of the Family plan — one dashboard, no extra apps for the kids.

Absolutely. The Free plan is a full personal dashboard on any device. When you're ready to track the whole household and set up a wall display, upgrade to Family — nothing you've logged gets lost.

Nothing is deleted. Your family's food, stress, workout, and health entries stay exactly where they are — you just won't be able to add members beyond your plan's limit until you upgrade again.

Your household's data is scoped strictly to your account — no other family can see it. That said, this app is not HIPAA-compliant and isn't intended for protected health information (PHI); please don't enter medical record numbers, insurance IDs, or similarly regulated data.
